Zodica Perfumery is a fast-growing indie beauty company and woman-owned business with products sold in over 500 boutiques across the US. Our Madison, Wisconsin based production team maintains a positive, enthusiastic, fast-paced environment. We are currently seeking an organized, detail-orientated associate with experience in a fast-paced field, preferably as a line chef, barista or in order fulfillment. We are willing to train the right person! All our products are made by hand in small batches and your attention to detail will bring a little magic to our customer’s day.

• Ability to constantly maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the day
• Must be able to work within a team framework and to communicate clearly to team members
• Takes initiative when needed to resolve matters or to improve processes
• Ability to follow directions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with extreme diligence and attention to detail
• Monitors production workers in all scopes of the process to ensure quality control
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the COO
• Responsible for training production workers in all aspects of the production line
• Insure accurate finished good paperwork is turned in a timely manner
• Contact COO in the event of any problems with the lines, product quality, or critical control points
• Responsible for the quality of work performed and for identifying and documenting quality problems for corrective action and prevention of non-conforming product
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
• Follow all safety rules
• Follow all GMP and company policies/procedures

About You:

• Must love good smells and pretty things

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years experience working in a team environment with a proven track record of attention to detail and accuracy 
• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience a plus, but not required - we will train!
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Ability to read, understand and maintain records as required
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing and able to teach, coach and develop others

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time day shift role working Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch.

The physical requirements listed in this section include, but are not limited, to the motor/physical abilities and skills require of position in order to successfully undertake the essential duties and responsibilities of this position. While undertaking the essential duties and responsibilities of the position, the employee must repeatedly sit, listen, speak, type and move throughout the facility.  Employee will be exposed to alcohol-based fragrances and a scented environment. Must be capable of using a keyboard for computer purposes.
