Fast-growing indie brand Zodica Perfumery is looking for a starlet to help make magic happen in our new Madison facility. You will be part of the Zodica production team which includes a little bit of everything – hello, #smallbizlife. Each product is made from the heart and your attention to detail will bring a little magic to our customer’s day.

Where you can shine:

• Small-batch Production (filling and labeling bottles; kitting gift sets)
• Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures for quality and accuracy
• Inspect incoming component shipments for accuracy and shortages and report any discrepancies
• Transport products by lifting and hand loading onto carts
• Break down cardboard boxes and place in recycling bin.
• Stack and arrange products for safe and proper delivery
• Perform an inspection of all filled and kitted products for evidence of dents, dust or blemishes prior to adding to inventory
• Maintain quality standards and a clean workspace
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

About You

• Must love good smells and pretty things
• Passionate about details
• Crafters or those experienced in food-service do well here!
• Energetic, positive and can-do attitude - team culture is very important!
• Reliable with good work ethic + integrity
• Likes dogs (Founder’s beagle is regularly in the office)

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift 40lbs
• Sit or stand for long periods of time
• Not sensitive to beauty products and fragrances

Full-time work schedule:

• 8am-4:30pm
• Monday-Friday
