Fragrance layering should be fun and playful, but there are some basics one can keep in mind. If you spray the lightest fragrance first, it will get buried by the heavier ones. Therefore, start first with spraying a heavier fragrance. This may consist of woody notes, amber, or musk. Next add in a medium weight fragrance such as florals. Finish with the lightest fragrance like a citrus themed scent.  Explore with different amounts of spritzes you use for each. If you want just a whisper of a certain fragrance, spray that one from a distance. When you find a mix you love, make sure you right down the combo so you don’t forget.
